Brand New Aftermarket Stator:

- All products are tested before shipping.
An opposite connector for the main harness side is also included, as these connectors are often melted, corroded or defective and can be a major cause of recurring electrical issues.
Brand New Magneto Flywheel Rotor:
- All products are tested.
All item pictures are accurate. If in doubt, compare the item with the original part.
Before Installing the New Stator:
- Check the AC output of the stator.
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
- Check and repair any melted wiring.
- Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.
The stator may use a different wire colour code from the original. All wires are installed in the correct order; do not change any wiring configurations. This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such. Always use locking compound when bolting the stator in place. If the stator includes a pickup coil, ensure the air gap is correct during installation. We recommend setting it as close as possible, but no less than 0.010 inches.
Flywheel Installation:
Before attempting to start the Aprilia, adjusting the air gap is necessary. Rotate the flywheel until the raised node is aligned with the pickup/pulser coil. Adjust the gap as close as possible, but no less than 0.010 inches.
Warning:
Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the battery before servicing.
Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician to avoid malfunction.

Not at this stage. We only ship NZ wide.
All orders are sent as tracked deliveries and you will be provided your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery and up to 15 working days for rural orders. We are reliant on courier schedules.
We've kept our Shipping Policy as simple as possible:
- Non-Rural: $10 North Island and $15 South Island
- Rural: $10 additional to North and South Island
Refund
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Returns can be returned for store credit within 14 days provided the goods are unopened with no damage to the items or packaging. Freight costs will not be credited. Your proof of purchase will be required to complete the return.
