Found a better price on a product we sell in-store or online? We'll match it!

 

How to Claim

 

• In-Store: Present proof of the competitor's pricing (e.g., mailer, quote, or a current, dated website listing) at the time of sale for verification.

• Online: Email our team at sales@cycletreads.co.nz with the competitor information. Once verified, we will provide a unique, single-use voucher code valid for one hour to complete your purchase on our website.

 

Conditions & Eligibility

 

The following criteria must be met at the time of the Price Promise request:

• Same Product: The product must be the exact same brand, model, size, and colour, be a brand-new product, and be in stock at both our location (store or online) and the competitor’s store.

• Competitor Requirements: The product must be a regular, in-stock item offered for sale by a New Zealand retailer within the competitor’s advertised promotional period.

• Exclusions: The Price Promise does not apply to:

  • Limited quantities, clearance items, or stock liquidations.

  • Trade quotes, commercial quantities, or parallel imported products.

  • Localized events with special event pricing (e.g., a Motorcycle Show).

  • Tyres listed outside of Auckland.

 

Restrictions

 

The Price Promise cannot be used:

• In conjunction with other Cycletreads or competitor offers, such as bonus products or promotional finance.

• In conjunction with Cycletreads sales or free fitting offers.

 

General Terms

 

• The Cycletreads Team reserves the right to verify the evidence of the lower price.

• We reserve the right to decline any price match deal.

• The CT Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice.
