The ADV Rally 5.5 Jacket merges adventure-riding spirit with high-performance features. Designed for both road and off-road use, it offers lightweight flexibility and durable protection. The strong stretch fabric delivers exceptional ergonomics, while the removable protection liner incorporates Leatt’s renowned 3DF CE Level 1 protection for the shoulders, back, elbows, and optional chest. The liner can be fully removed to accommodate a full-body protector if preferred.
The overlapping front zip opens completely to expose full-ventilation mesh, and the removable arms scoop air directly into the jacket for unmatched airflow. Cool air circulates through the interior and exits via an upper-back exhaust vent. A dedicated 2L hydration bladder pocket is located on the rear. Designed to work with protective gear, the ADV Rally 5.5 is compatible with body protectors and neck braces. Reflective details improve visibility in low light, and large, easy-access pockets provide ample storage. The jacket includes a 5-year warranty and features hook-and-loop adjustment for a secure fit with or without the inner protection jacket.

Shipping
Not at this stage. We only ship NZ wide.
All orders are sent as tracked deliveries and you will be provided your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery and up to 15 working days for rural orders. We are reliant on courier schedules.
We've kept our Shipping Policy as simple as possible:
- Non-Rural: $10 North Island and $15 South Island
- Rural: $10 additional to North and South Island
Refund
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Returns can be returned for store credit within 14 days provided the goods are unopened with no damage to the items or packaging. Freight costs will not be credited. Your proof of purchase will be required to complete the return.
