Description
The X-804 RS Ultra Carbon is Nolan's flagship full-face racing helmet built with one clear purpose: speed. Developed and refined under the extreme conditions of MotoGP and WorldSBK, it combines carbon fibre construction, advanced aerodynamics and race-focused technology for serious performance on the track.
- Carbon fibre dominance: High carbon fibre content reduces weight while maintaining excellent energy absorption and structural integrity. Four outer shell sizes help provide an optimised fit across the size range.
- Advanced NERS: An advanced version of the Nolan Emergency Release System allows the helmet to be removed quickly and safely in an emergency.
- Safety visor locking system: A robust central locking mechanism helps prevent accidental visor opening during high-speed racing, slides or severe impacts.
- Track-optimised vision: The wide visor opening provides an exceptional 225° horizontal and 97° vertical field of vision, giving riders a clear view of the next apex and excellent peripheral vision when fully tucked.
- Eyewear adaptive: For a comfortable fit with prescription glasses, if needed.
- Camel/hydro bag ready: Designed to accommodate a hydration system to help riders stay hydrated during extended races.
- Liner Adjustable Fitting: Internal padding can be adjusted to suit the rider's head shape, providing a precise, comfortable racing fit without unwanted pressure points.
- Carbon Fitting Racing Experience interior: Premium inner padding uses active carbon filaments to help manage moisture, improve cooling and control static electricity. Fully adjustable and pressure-point free.
- Racing Air Flow: Race-focused ventilation helps keep the rider cool and focused during demanding track conditions.
- RS Aerodynamic Spoiler (RAS): Developed in the wind tunnel alongside world-class riders to maximise stability at ultra-high speeds, reducing turbulence and aerodynamic drag when fully tucked behind the windscreen.
- D-ring retention system: Secure, race-focused helmet fastening system.
- Visors: Comes with clear visor plus dark smoke visor included in the box. Optional metallic visors available separately.

Shipping
Not at this stage. We only ship NZ wide.
All orders are sent as tracked deliveries and you will be provided your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery and up to 15 working days for rural orders. We are reliant on courier schedules.
We've kept our Shipping Policy as simple as possible:
- Non-Rural: $10 North Island and $15 South Island
- Rural: $10 additional to North and South Island
Refund
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Returns can be returned for store credit within 14 days provided the goods are unopened with no damage to the items or packaging. Freight costs will not be credited. Your proof of purchase will be required to complete the return.
