Description
The BT 02 is a simple LED battery and alternator tester designed to save time on electrical faults by giving an instant diagnosis. Fully automatic with everything built in, it cannot be used incorrectly: clip it to the battery terminals and read the LEDs.
For 12V lead acid batteries only.
Specifications:

Features:

Instructions:
- Connect the red crocodile clip to the positive (+) battery terminal
- Connect the black crocodile clip to the negative (-) battery terminal
Battery check:
- Switch on the vehicle lights for 1 to 2 minutes
- Disconnect the battery from the vehicle
- Wait 10 minutes
- Connect the tester and read the LED
Alternator check:
- Run the vehicle with all electrical equipment off (lights, radio)
- Run the vehicle with all electrical equipment on (lights, radio)
- Green LED on both tests: the alternator is good
- Red LED: the alternator is over-charging and must be checked
- No LED: the alternator may not be charging and must be checked

Not at this stage. We only ship NZ wide.
All orders are sent as tracked deliveries and you will be provided your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery and up to 15 working days for rural orders. We are reliant on courier schedules.
We've kept our Shipping Policy as simple as possible:
- Non-Rural: $10 North Island and $15 South Island
- Rural: $10 additional to North and South Island
Refund
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Returns can be returned for store credit within 14 days provided the goods are unopened with no damage to the items or packaging. Freight costs will not be credited. Your proof of purchase will be required to complete the return.
