purchased the Oakley goggle and I ordered them incorrect (MTB instead of MX) so wanted to swap them. Replied to the purchase email (sales@) no response, sent another 2 emails from one of my addresses and another 3 or 4 from a work one. No response, called no answer, called again and left a message to ring me...nothing. I had to drive one hour each way to swap them. I will purchase else where for better service, even if the price is higher
