The Tyre Bay offers New Zealand's largest selection of top brand tyres with brands you know and trust like Michelin, Pirelli, Metzeler, Dunlop, Bridgestone, Avon and loads more.

Our dedicated team has over 30 years servicing experience between them, so you can relax while we work on your bike. So whatever you ride, if it needs an interval service, tyres, brakes, chain and sprockets, or any in-depth engine work, we can supply and fit parts for all brands including imported models not originally available in New Zealand. Our Tech Centre and Tyre Bay Team are experienced technicians, priding themselves on getting it right, first time, every time. We also fit Scott oilers, suspension components, windscreens and much, much more.

Not only will we take care of your bike, you get looked after too. Head upstairs to our rest area, pick a magazines to read, or explore our huge range of gear and accessories while the team work on your bike.

The Tyre Bay is open weekdays as well as Saturdays and Sundays and work is on a first-come first-served basis, no booking necessary! Remember that if the Tyre Bay is busy, work cannot be accepted 30mins prior to closing. Normally there is no need to book ahead for tyres as we have huge stocks of all popular brands. Just come on in and our experienced team is there to look after you. Workshop Booking Points:

If you feel that parts may need to be ordered in advance, the earlier you book and let us know, the better. Tyres do not need booking unless it is for something really unusual (sidecar tyre etc.) but that leaking brake master cylinder etc, needs to be advised in advance. When you book your bike in, most importantly, we need your bike model details listed accurately so we can ensure that the correct parts are on hand. If you are unsure of the details, then tell us this rather than guess. We want to service your bike without any hitches and have it completed on time.
